How does an adjustable dumbbell work?
Place the dumbbell in the cradle and select the weight with the dial. Only the selected plates come with it when you lift the dumbbell; the rest stays in the cradle.
Which weight is right for me?
If you're just starting out or mainly do light to medium-heavy exercises, 24 kg per dumbbell is more than enough. If you've been training for a while or want to lift heavy, choose 40 kg per dumbbell.
How many settings does a set have?
The 24 kg sets have 15 settings, the 40 kg set has 17 settings. You'll find all the weights on the product page.
Can I drop an adjustable dumbbell?
Best not to. The adjustment mechanism is designed for controlled use. Gently place the dumbbells back in the cradle after your set.
